He brings these mythical figures to life using bronze, a noble ore born from sandy formations and volcanic meltdowns that perfectly matches their subterranean origins. Beyond his studio practice, Abou El-Ela is a highly active cultural leader and educator. He has served as a director in the National Theatre and a Director-General in the Ministry of Culture.
